Join the Alaska Airlines team at our premium Alaska Lounge in San Francisco International Airport (SFO). We are seeking a highly professional and hospitable Lounge Concierge to provide exceptional service to our First Class guests, oneworld elite members, and Lounge members. Core Responsibilities: This is a premium, guest-facing role. You will be responsible for warmly greeting guests, verifying lounge access, assisting with travel-related inquiries (re-bookings, seat changes), and maintaining the lounge's impeccable presentation. You will be an expert on our premium products and a solution-oriented problem solver. Qualifications & Requirements: 2+ years in a premium customer service role (e.g., 4/5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, fine dining) is required. Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the US. Must be able to stand for long periods and have exceptional communication skills. Must pass all airport and TSA background checks. Work Schedule: This position requires full flexibility for a shift-based schedule. You must be available to work early 'day time' shifts for morning departures, late 'night shift' shifts for evening arrivals, and be available for 'weekend shift' and holiday assignments as the lounge is open 7 days a week. Compensation & Benefits: This role offers a competitive hourly wage, estimated between $22.00 - $30.00 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid training, profit sharing, and travel privileges on Alaska Airlines and oneworld partners.
